I'm not a medical professional, but there could be several reasons why your sore throat seems to get worse when you're hot. One possibility is that heat can exacerbate inflammation and irritation in your throat. When you're hot, you might be breathing more rapidly, and the dry air or increased airflow could potentially worsen the irritation in your throat.

It's important to note that coughing up blood, even in small amounts, is not typical and could be a sign of a more serious issue. I strongly recommend consulting with a healthcare professional about your symptoms. They can provide a more accurate assessment of your situation and guide you on the appropriate course of action.

As for whether others have experienced similar symptoms, everyone's body reacts differently to various conditions. However, persistent or worsening symptoms, especially those involving blood, should be taken seriously. Don't hesitate to seek medical advice promptly to ensure you get the proper care and a correct diagnosis.
